As a Solutions Consultant, you will own the technical sales process for our AI Powered platform, engaging with customers to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align customer requirements with our platform capabilities, while educating and influencing decision-makers at government agencies and emergency response organizations. This involves leading technical demonstrations and solution discussions, ensuring credibility with IT and operations teams.
Your responsibilities also include ensuring alignment between customer expectations and Preparedโs implementation and product constraints. You'll be the voice of the customer, and provide feedback to help inform product development. Developing deep expertise in emergency response workflows and enterprise communication tools, along with supporting proposal development and RFx responses, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic positioning. This role requires 50%-60% travel.
