Implementation Project Manager

Responsible for the successful onboarding of new health plan and health system partners, ensuring seamless project management and client satisfaction from initial scoping through launch. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of managing complex implementations, fostering strong relationships, and driving process improvements. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Development, Member Outreach, Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Support, Revenue Cycle, and Analytics to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience. Develop comprehensive implementation project plans from initial discovery sessions through post-launch support. Demonstrate expertise navigating conversations about member workflows, data integrations and transfers, configuration requirements, and benefit design. Use data to track implementation performance, inform decision making, and measure project success. Build strong internal and external relationships, communicate project status, address open issues, and facilitate regular updates including risks to delivery. Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to drive scalability and refine internal playbooks.
