About the Role:
- Primary point of contact for Employee Navigator across Nava's business.
- Execute plan builds and renewal rebuilds through internal ticketing system.
- Manage EASE agency transfers and client migrations to Employee Navigator.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end build and renewal process for clients on Employee Navigator.
- Manage client transitions off of EASE.
- Complete QA checks on builds before they go live.
What You'll Bring:
- Hands-on experience configuring benefit plans in Employee Navigator.
- Working knowledge of 834 EDI and API carrier file feeds.
- Prior experience in brokerage or benefits consulting.
