PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Consultant

Person Model Leadership:

• Lead the assessment and implementation of the PeopleSoft Person Model.
• Focus on Person of Interest (POI) and Hire/Rehire workflows.
• Ensure system configurations are scalable.

Technical Development:

• Design and maintain solutions using the full PeopleTools suite.
• Use Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.
• Create high-quality technical documentation.

System Strategy:

• Evaluate current configurations to recommend scalable implementation approaches.
• Ensure data integrity through expert-level knowledge of effective dating logic.
• Provide hands-on training to internal teams to ensure long-term system sustainability.
