ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Procurify is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain customer account records, ensure timely invoicing, and drive proactive collection efforts. This role involves reviewing customer contracts, serving as a key point of contact for billing inquiries, and preparing AR reports. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to resolve issues and improve processes. Contributing to month-end close activities and leveraging AI tools for efficiency are also key aspects. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment with SaaS-based revenue models. Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, accounting platforms like Sage or QuickBooks, and CRM platforms like Salesforce is expected. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
