Training Support Specialist

The Training Support Specialist will coordinate training sessions, including enrolling participants, confirming speakers, and arranging webinar meetings. They will assist the Wholesale Trainer in the coordination of Wholesale Partner training sessions and provide technical support. This role involves revising training materials, monitoring compliance training, and providing progress reports to the Director of Training and SVP of Compliance and Legal. They also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and administer the Learning Management System.
