Position Summary:
- Natera's laboratory genetic counselors serve as clinical liaisons to patients and providers regarding Natera's test offerings.
- This role works with PHI on a regular basis and requires HIPAA training within 30 days of hire.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review, finalize, and call out test results for oncology products; answer provider inquiries.
- Provide pre- and post-test genetic information sessions to patients.
- Assist in development of consents, protocols, SOPs, and write abstracts or papers.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Genetic Counseling, board certified by ABGC or ABMG.
- Two or more years of oncology clinical and/or laboratory GC experience; Pacific or Mountain Time Zone preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
