Role Overview:

  • This role supports clinical teams by creating and delivering high-quality educational and operational content.
  • You will ensure clinical reference materials and training programs remain accurate and aligned with current standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate, create, and update internal clinical reference materials including SOPs, quick reference guides, and workflow documentation.
  • Develop educational and training content that supports onboarding and ongoing development for clinical support teams.
  • Deliver virtual, hybrid, or in-person training sessions and assess training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in a clinical genetic testing laboratory environment.
  • Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program and board certification.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards like CLIA and CAP and excellent communication skills.
