- Deliver virtual, hybrid, or in-person training sessions and assess training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in a clinical genetic testing laboratory environment.
- Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program and board certification.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards like CLIA and CAP and excellent communication skills.
