Role:
- Translating Market Access priorities into structured project plans, governance models, and decision‑ready materials.
- Aligning stakeholders across Market Access, Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, and Legal.
- Driving timely, coordinated delivery of critical access workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
- Develop executive-ready updates and synthesize complex information.
- Partner with analytics teams to define and monitor KPIs and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Experience in market access and/or payer marketing in the pharma/biotech industry.
- Omnichannel marketing experience, including digital marketing.
- Working understanding of the U.S. healthcare payer landscape.
