Position Overview:
- We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and help scale the business.
Responsibilities:
- Support weekly EOH and sell-through updates, and help spot-check planning file formulas and flag risks.
- Manage day-to-day contact with global suppliers, place orders, and track order ETAs.
- Maintain PO and shipping status, manage vendor invoices, and continuously improve SOPs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations or inventory management in e-commerce.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort with large data sets.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp and ERP systems like Fulfil.
