What You'll Do:

- Lead development of tools and workflows that help teams identify issues and resolve work efficiently.
- Translate complex manual processes into intuitive, scalable product capabilities.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally building internal tools or workflow products.
- Experience as a player-coach, leading product execution while managing and developing talent.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to lead ambiguous initiatives.
