Job Description
Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments (EWRA) and identify gaps in controls and compliance. Develop, review, and implement company policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with regulatory requirements. Lead compliance and risk management initiatives, including AML/CFT audits and assessments. Perform regulatory research, gap analysis, and reviews to ensure adherence to UAE and international standards. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
