Job Description

As a Community Manager, maintain daily engagement and responsiveness across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Farcaster, and other channels. Keep community members informed, answer questions, and ensure they feel heard. Own all community communications and serve as the liaison between the core team and community, drafting and distributing updates, coordinating announcement timing, preparing FAQ responses, running regular AMAs and community calls. Monitor daily community sentiment, surfacing concerns, questions, or potential issues to the core team before they escalate. Track core community health metrics including response times, sentiment trends, engagement rates, common support issues, and token holder feedback, while building and mentoring a decentralized network of community moderators who can scale community operations globally.
