Business Process Subject Matter Specialist (ECWM)

This role serves as the primary business process expert and technical advisor for DoD contracting operations within the Electronic Contract Writing Module (ECWM) environment. The specialist provides comprehensive technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized contracting applications and operational environments, delivering high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation guidance on exceptionally complex problems that require extensive subject matter expertise for effective resolution. The position bridges the critical gap between technical development teams and DoD contracting stakeholders, ensuring that software solutions align with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and agency-specific procurement requirements while supporting the broader DoD contracting and procurement ecosystem.
