Senior Product Manager, Buy & Track

Thrive Market's Product Management team is looking for a highly quantitative, strategic, and technical Senior Product Manager to lead efforts related to our cart, checkout, post-order, tracking, and self-service flows. The ideal candidate is a full-stack PM – comfortable and experienced in both optimizing the user experience for conversion improvements as well as working on vendor API integrations. Responsibilities include developing and executing product strategies to optimize the member experience in the purchase and post-purchase steps, identifying opportunities to reduce friction in the order path and improve order conversion rates, and optimizing average order value (AOV). The role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and partner teams to bring these strategies to life across all platforms, collaborating with operations to optimize post-order tracking, and collaborating with member services to improve automated self-service capabilities. The candidate will leverage data to drive decision-making, test hypotheses, and execute A/B testing to enhance the member experience, defining KPIs and metrics to measure success. Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior will inform product enhancements, and the candidate will work closely with engineering to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
