Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Traffic functions to support station/region revenue and customer service.
• Prepare and edit daily logs for programs, commercials, and promos.
• Coordinate account activities and reconcile spots for invoicing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year in broadcast traffic with experience in traffic systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Unrestricted US work authorization required.

Desired Characteristics:

• Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, and WO Connect.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
