Responsibilities:
- Development/Architecture in the full-cycle implementation of Salesforce Order Management System (OMS).
- Configure and manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide guidance on leveraging Salesforce-native features and, where necessary, customize using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Architecting Salesforce, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Order Management (OMS) implementation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industries such as stock replenishment orders, e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, B2B Commerce, or other commerce-related platforms.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems, shipping carriers, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
