Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will schedule and coordinate interviews across departments and time zones, conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess qualifications and communication skills, and keep the ATS (Recruiterflow) organized, up-to-date, and audit-ready. The role also involves managing candidate communications, drafting and posting job descriptions, managing applicant intake, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring efficient and on track, and suggesting improvements to workflows, templates, and candidate touchpoints.
