Director, Regulatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the Company's regulatory legal strategy to support commercialization, manufacturing expansion, and project deployment.
• Advise on state and federal environmental laws, air permitting, and regulatory compliance for manufacturing and customer deployments.
• Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local legislation affecting distributed energy resources and advise business leaders.

Qualifications:

• J.D. preferred with active bar membership; 15+ years for Director or 20+ for Senior Director of legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental permitting, energy regulation, administrative law, and familiarity with Inflation Reduction Act.
• Experience advising technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, or energy companies; excellent judgment and cross-functional ability.
