Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex contract negotiations, including energy storage project agreements, PPAs, ESAs, and EPC contracts.
  • Provide project execution support by drafting change orders, advising on contract rights, and tracking milestones.
  • Optimize contract lifecycle processes, develop templates, and establish governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 5+ years of legal experience with a focus on contract review and negotiation in energy, construction, or supply chain.
  • Expertise in energy infrastructure contracting and commercial negotiations.
