Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and purchase orders.
- Support commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules, and risk allocation.
- Coordinate contract review with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Quality teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or contract management.
- Experience in regulated industries like nuclear or energy is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000-140,000.
