Senior Contracts Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts for LevelTen, including MSAs, subscription agreements, fee agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Ensure contractual provisions comply with legal requirements and company policies, and identify and mitigate contractual risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, cybersecurity, and operations teams on relevant contracting issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation, contract management, or as a corporate paralegal in an in-house environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. commercial contracting principles, especially for professional services and SaaS.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft suite.
