Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale outbound data and research operations, structuring workflows and improving outbound execution.
- Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases aligned with ICP criteria, and design targeted campaigns using innovative data sources.
- Optimize data enrichment and automation workflows, and ensure high CRM hygiene through validation and standardization.
Tools and Operations:
- Utilize tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM for research and data management.
- Employ workflow automation tools like N8N and AI-assisted workflows to scale data sourcing and enrichment processes.
- Monitor database quality, segment accounts, and collaborate with SDRs and AEs to refine targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Impact and Collaboration:
- Drive team accountability by breaking down initiatives into actionable tasks and assigning ownership.
- Establish feedback loops to continuously improve outbound data processes and mentor junior team members.
- Articulate insights and updates clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and enhancing operational efficiency.
