Role Overview:
- Reporting to the Director of Study Feasibility & Clinical Partnerships, you manage vendor relationships to support clinical objectives.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement, strong contractual protection, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review clinical protocols to identify vendor requirements and lead RFP processes.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts in collaboration with legal and finance.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues, and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; 3-5 years clinical operations experience.
- Strong vendor-facing experience, contract negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
