Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to assist with administrative, communication, and coordination tasks with a strong working knowledge of HubSpot is essential. Proactively reach out to users via phone calls, emails, and SMS based on workflows built in HubSpot. Engage users who paused or did not complete onboarding/quiz steps to reinitiate their journey. Respond promptly to users who request assistance or have product-related questions. Follow pre-defined scripts and maintain accurate product knowledge. Support conversion efforts by helping customers understand offerings and encouraging purchases. Perform CRM-related tasks such as logging conversations, updating customer records, and tracking engagement. Provide operational support linked to customer engagement, as needed.
