Divisional Lead

As a Divisional Lead, your role will involve leading a team of accounting consultants and overseeing operations specific to helping our venture-backed startup clients succeed. Additionally, you will contribute to the business development efforts and leverage technology to optimize internal processes. Your responsibilities include leading and managing a team of accounting consultants, developing and implementing strategic plans, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing complex projects, and ensuring compliance. Stay abreast of industry best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks. Implement adequate internal controls and processes within the division.
