This is a hands-on technical leadership role for a Principal Software Engineer.
You will shape architecture and influence technical direction for high-traffic insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and evolve microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Ensure security, reliability, performance, and observability across distributed systems.
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Data teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

Requirements:

7+ years of backend/platform engineering experience with advanced Java.
Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
Must reside in select U.S. states and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
