Senior Product Manager (Remote- US Based)

As the Senior Product Manager for the Petcare vertical, you will lead product transformation efforts by identifying customer pain points, gathering feedback, and evolving current product experiences to better meet market demands. Though the role will be more transformational than net-new product launch, you will still help drive forward innovation through iterative development and cross-functional collaboration. Your focus will be on refining and scaling existing products, increasing adoption, engagement, and retention, while supporting go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing customer problems through discovery efforts, partnering with design and engineering to evolve existing products, supporting product transformation by modernizing current user experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely feature delivery. You will also monitor product adoption using key metrics and align product improvements with go-to-market strategies.
