Engineering Lead

Role Overview:

• Design robust technical solutions for complex problems, prioritizing simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead the design of distributed systems and guide the team in important technical decisions, building consensus around trade-offs.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, collaborative design, and technical guidance, elevating software quality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience in production environments.
• Experience designing and evolving high-scale distributed systems, considering performance, availability, consistency, and cost.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
