Senior Deal Desk Analyst

As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll join our growing NAMER Deal Desk team as the primary West Coast representative, driving deals to closure while ensuring data integrity and compliance with business policies and revenue recognition standards. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to Pre- and Post-Sales teams, providing guidance on business processes, policy adherence, and pricing strategy to ensure deals close efficiently and accurately. You’ll also play a central role in advancing strategic Deal Desk initiatives, shaping the commercial and operational deal flow at Vanta. You will help design processes that can support rapid revenue growth and enable alignment across Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, GTM Operations, and Legal teams.
