Sales Support Intern – Tool Inventory & Scrap Management

The Sales Support Intern will support end-to-end activities related to tool inventory and scrap management from a sales perspective, ensuring accurate documentation, communication, and data quality across multiple systems and departments. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international corporate environment and develop a deep understanding of global sales processes at KOSTAL. The intern will closely collaborate with sales, purchasing, production, and controlling teams across Europe and worldwide, assisting in inventory reporting, customer documentation, and scrap coordination.

Main tasks include supporting the global tool inventory process by identifying and updating tool data, assisting in tool verification and documentation, participating in tool scrap management, maintaining structured records, assisting in reporting, supporting translation, documentation, and administrative tasks in both German and English, and assisting in the continuous improvement of internal processes.
