- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable Android applications using modern Android architecture (MVVM / MVI / Clean Architecture).
- Drive adoption of Jetpack Compose for building declarative, responsive UIs.
- Ensure best practices in modularization, code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.
- Own the delivery pipeline, including CI/CD, testing (unit/UI), and release management.
- Ensure app stability through monitoring, logging, and performance tracking tools.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with the latest Android trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Proactively introduce improvements to the codebase, tooling, and development processes.
