Associate Product Operations Manager

Product Operating Model and PDLC Support:

• Ensure requests are complete, handoffs are clear, and the right information is available at the right time.
• Support the intake process by serving as a first line of review for incoming requests.
• Help prepare, coordinate, and facilitate recurring forums like Weekly Business Reviews.

Tools and Process Improvement:

• Maintain the product management tech stack, including workflow hygiene and reporting accuracy.
• Flag opportunities to improve transparency and usability across Product and cross-functional teams.
• Support key operating processes including compliance reviews and cross-functional readiness.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Execution:

• Support execution of cross-functional initiatives, tracking alignment on scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Help gather and organize data to inform process improvements and decision-making.
• Support onboarding, training, and documentation efforts for repeatable ways of working.
