Manager, Retail Logistics & EDI

We’re seeking a Manager, Retail Logistics & EDI to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our retail fulfillment and EDI operations. This role owns logistics and EDI performance across our most critical retail accounts. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of retailer compliance, EDI architecture, routing, and 3PL performance, along with strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional partners, drive issue resolution, and scale operational excellence. Serve as operational lead for retail EDI merchants in retailer calls, EDI partnership meetings, merchant escalations, and business reviews. Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Implementation, Fulfillment Operations, Sales) to optimize systems and remove friction from go-live to outbound flow for all retail EDI merchants. Identify gaps in training, tooling, or SOPs and work to implement scalable solutions. Own documentation, performance metrics, and internal training for all things related to outbound routing and EDI execution.
