You will support clients in the optimal use of LGI Solutions Santé’s eClinibase software product. You will provide high-quality customer support while meeting prescribed deadlines. You will process and resolve requests promptly to achieve the service level agreed upon with clients.
Customer Service:
Provide first-level customer service by creating and taking charge of requests, documenting them, resolving them, and ensuring follow-up until closure; Prioritize client requests according to the severity of the problem to identify situations that may require escalation to a higher level.
Writing:
Draft and revise initial versions of communications, newsletters, and articles intended for external clients.
Self-Training:
Ensure continuous learning of clinical solutions through self-training with a view to versatility.
