Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sr. Director to design and implement the annual Arc of the Year plan.
- Coordinate workflows and priorities across departments and regions.
- Translate organizational vision into actionable strategies.
Communication:
- Serve as a connector between the Senior Leadership Team and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings.
- Represent the department with key stakeholders at meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce platform and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC).
