The Sr. Partner Technical Enablement Manager is a key member of our technical enablement team - equipping our Partners and Partner-facing team members with the necessary knowledge, practice, and technical expertise to excel. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technical Enablement, this role extends beyond program management; it includes building content and getting creative to support our Partnersβ learning needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and keeping our Partners at the forefront of our technical enablement engagements.
Responsibilities include program development, cross-functional collaboration, content development and delivery, becoming a product expert, championing a culture of continuous learning, and establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
