Job Description
Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering personalized consultations via virtual appointments, guiding clients through diamond education, custom design, and product selection. Act as a brand ambassador for VRAI, representing our values and commitment to sustainability while providing exceptional service during and after the sales journey. Own and manage a dynamic pipeline of leads—booking appointments, following up with clients, and driving toward conversion and retention. Partner with showroom and virtual sales team members to support high-value clients, custom projects, and outreach strategies. Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams on showroom events, product launches, activations, and influencer experiences when locally based.
