The Opportunity:
- Be a one-person product team embedded directly into a core business function.
- Have a dedicated product surface and a clear success metric: measurable process improvement.
- Use modern AI tooling to automate processes end-to-end.
What We're Looking For:
- The Solver Mindset: Research a problem, design a solution, code it, and launch it.
- The AI-Native Builder: Build with AI daily, using tools like Claude Code and Gemini CLI.
- Strong Software Fundamentals: Produce production-quality code.
Required Tech Stack & Skills:
- AI Agents: Work inside AI agents like Claude Code and Gemini CLI.
- LLM APIs: Experience with Anthropic Claude API and/or OpenAI API.
- MCP (Model Context Protocol): Build or consume MCP servers to connect AI agents to external tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- 1+ year building multimodal LLM-powered applications.
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from idea to deployed product independently.
