Your Role:
- Work full-time with the Client company.
- Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success.
- Ongoing check-ins, feedback and development.
Responsibilities:
- Triage, respond to, and resolve customer-facing technical issues independently.
- Root cause analysis, fixes, and escalation judgment across the application and database layers.
- Ability to debug unfamiliar codebases independently.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack.
- Strong written English, clear communicator.
