What's the role?:
- Define and evolve enterprise-wide architectural strategy to underpin AI ambitions and business goals.
- Oversee a team of Enterprise Architects shaping coherent architectures across cloud, developer enablement, and AI capabilities.
- Establish enterprise reference architectures, standards, and guardrails for AI and platform capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Enterprise Architecture team as a strategic partner to Engineering and Product Management.
- Define architecture vision, principles, standards, and target-state roadmaps across Compute Foundation services.
- Govern AI/ML and GenAI lifecycle including LLMOps, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
Who are you?:
- 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, leading AI transformation and enterprise architecture.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, DevOps, and platform engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML and Generative AI architectures with governance and responsible AI practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected base salary range $195,000 to $270,000 per year, plus target annual performance bonus.
