Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage broker assignment data, territory alignments, and distribution records for accuracy and consistency.
- Support broker performance tracking by compiling and validating data on production, submission flow, hit ratios, and profitability.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards used for distribution reviews, territory assessments, and leadership updates.
Broker Engagement:
- Support annual territory reviews, producer council, and sales meetings to enhance broker relationships.
- Attend industry conferences and events to support networking, brand presence, and broker engagement initiatives.
- Assist with planning and execution of broker-facing and internal events, including regional meetings and the annual Underwriting Summit.
Sales Enablement & Training:
- Assist with underwriting and sales training programs by coordinating schedules, materials, attendance tracking, and follow-ups.
- Help update and organize training materials, presentations, and reference documents for effective sales support.
- Support meeting preparation and documentation for internal sales and underwriting initiatives to drive growth.
