Web3 Associate, Serotonin Rotational Program

Serotonin is seeking recent graduates or similar with a strong passion for web3, eager to dive into the world of web3 marketing. Associates will participate in a 16-month rotational program consisting of 4-month rotations across key marketing areas from Public Relations & Events to Content & Social as well as Growth Marketing and Brand Positioning/Strategy. This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive marketing experience across disciplines and work closely with senior executives. Tasks include driving process improvements, achieving successful business outcomes for client campaigns, and supporting the team with strategic client initiatives. Strong performance may result in a job offer before the program concludes. Responsibilities include collaborating with Serotonin Marketing Executives, managing account operations, facilitating communication between departments, and assisting in client deliverables. They will also optimize processes and innovate across teams.
