Senior Stock Plan Administrator

About the Team:

• You'll join a small, high-impact equity team within the Finance organization.
• You'll work closely with Legal, HR, and Payroll.
• The team is scaling quickly due to acquisitions and international expansion.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and evolve global equity compensation programs including stock options and RSUs.
• Process option exercises and RSU vesting releases, partnering with HR and payroll.
• Manage the capitalization table and maintain equity data accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of stock administration experience at a U.S. public company.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-audit for data integrity.
• Experience with automating manual processes and using AI tools.
