Staff Designer de Produit

As a Staff Product Designer, you will play a strategic role and be a role model for excellence in your profession as well as a driver of interdisciplinary collaboration. You will lead impactful initiatives and set quality standards for the ShareGate product, contribute to shaping the long-term product vision, support the growth of designers and ensure that design initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic priorities. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, customer focus, experimentation and innovation, mentoring and influence, excellence of craft, systemic thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, impact and execution. The team you will join will be the design reference for the ShareGate platform experience and our new products. You will be part of a product trio and the ShareGate design team and work closely with product designers, content strategists and ShareGate leaders.
