Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician performs day-to-day service and maintenance on cardio and strength equipment. The Facilities Technician performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, general maintenance repairs within the physical plant of each Corporate Club location, to deliver exceptional member experience. This role will cover the Columbia, SC area. Responsibilities include successfully repairing out-of-order equipment, communication with senior facilities technicians, achieving at-standard results on the KPI scorecard, managing the helpdesk ticketing system, completing club walk-throughs, maintaining work schedules, reviewing club facilities complaints, maintaining company vehicle inventory, documenting work on warranted equipment, and assisting other Facilities team members. The role requires physical activity, including moving equipment and boxes weighing up to 80 pounds.
