What you will do:
- Take full ownership of backend features from scoping through to production.
- Design and deliver backend services handling real payment volume.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and write production-ready code.
What we are looking for:
- Solid backend engineering experience with distributed systems knowledge.
- Comfortable with REST APIs and end-to-end ownership.
- Experience in payments or fintech is a plus.
You may not like it here if:
- You prefer an office environment; we are remote-first.
- You need over-engineered processes; we expect you to resolve ambiguity.
- You dislike complex codebases; our orchestration codebase is non-trivial.
