Senior Engineer

We’re seeking a collaborative Senior Engineer for a team working on key initiatives. In this role, you'll work with stakeholders and engineers to design and implement solutions that balance quality, cost, time, and maintainability. You'll collaborate with the team and Lead Engineer to prioritise work, simplify solutions, and deliver business value. Additionally, you'll mentor engineers, delegate tasks to empower the team, and support the growth of yourself and others. You’ll be joining the Customer Projects & Workflow team, a full-stack team focused on making project-based work seamless within Elements, our flagship product. Elements is a subscription-based platform offering a vast library of creative assets, designed to help designers and creatives bring their ideas to life effortlessly. As a Senior Engineer, you will be writing clean, well thought out and reliable code. Actively contribute to identifying and mitigating risks. Working as a member of a small cross-functional team, containing members with different skills and experience. Sharing your knowledge and helping your teammates to learn and grow. Working on strategic initiatives, tactical improvements and maintenance. Seeking to better understand and deliver value to your users. Taking ownership.
