Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all day-of coordination including venue setup and real-time troubleshooting.
- Facilitate on-stage event activations including panels and workshops.
- Ensure attendees have actionable experiences through engagement and support.
Pre-Event Coordination:
- Coordinate with Program Managers and the Marketing team on pre-event logistics.
- Coordinate with external vendors and venue staff to confirm logistics.
- Participate in pre-event planning conversations to ensure full understanding.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in live event production and management.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage concurrent activities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent Hello Alice professionally.
