Responsibilities:
- Lead discipline-specific design and coordination on complex projects.
- Document client processes and deviations from standards.
- Mentor engineers and production team members.
- Contribute to pursuits by refining scope and technical strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
- Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GitHub.
- Industry certifications (PSP, CPP, CDT) preferred.
